We recently used Chase Shymkiw in buying our new townhome. The whole process started a couple years ago when we first contacted Chase to help us in finding and purchasing a place. At that time, we knew a couple other realtors, whom we could have very well used, but decided to go with Chase. We looked at about 20+ properties and wrote at least 3 offers. In that time Chase was very patient and understanding of our needs & wants in a property as i was very particular about pretty much everything. He was beyond hard working, and extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy the entire time. He had no problem meeting us at different places and at different times of the night to go through contract details. Even when there seemed to be a potential hiccup nearing our possession date, which may have hindered our ability to move, Chase was able to work everything out in order to make for a smooth & happy Possession Day.
